About Us
We opened our doors at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography in October 2023.
The Lukowski Lab at UC San Diego is located in Sverdrup Hall on the Scripps Institution of Oceanography campus. We are affiliated with the Center for Marine Biotechnology and Biomedicine (CMBB) at SIO and the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at UC San Diego.
Our Mission
To conduct research at the interface of natural products biosynthesis and biocatalysis in a creative and inclusive research environment.
Our Core Values
Teamwork: As a research group, we are a team. Although we may work on different projects, we support each other and are working toward a common goal. We promote an inclusive environment where everyone's voice is heard and valued.
